The gazebo offers a more traditional garden wedding setting surrounded by established shrubs, tall trees and colourful ground level foliage.
Both the front and back of the gazebo make a pretty setting, with the pathway behind taking you to a more secluded spot with a more tropical feel.

The hut is our most popular setting with the couple standing on the elevated deck with the A frame hut framing them. As the sunlight fades the fairy lights and chandelier come on to give the hut a golden glow. The sides of the hut are not enclosed and are surrounded by greenery, so while there is a roof overhead you still feel very much like you're in a garden.

Barn Backdrop
Our timber boardwalk leads you onto a raised deck surrounded by ferns, shrubs and mature trees, giving it a tranquil and tropical ambience and a cool spot in the summer months thanks to the tree canopy overhead. The boardwalk is best suited for elopements and portrait shots due to it's size.

If it's a little bit of country charm you're after then our barn made from reclaimed/recycled materials and fronted with a frame of wisteria may be just right. The wisteria flowers in lovely lavender coloured tendrils during Spring but even in Winter the twisted trunk and bare vine is quite sculptural. The green leaves in Summer offer a slight reprieve from the heat, you notice the temp drop by a few degrees as soon as you stand beneath it's canopy.

Sometimes the perfect elopement spot is just nature in all it's glory and we have a few beautiful trees that make for an ideal garden wedding location. They can be left just as they are, or dressed up with drapes of fabric, paper lanterns, florals or one of the arbours from our small collection. Shown above is the 'Portal' arbour in the lower stone garden.

If Mother Nature decides to rain on your parade then we have an undercover area ready to go. Located at the rear of the barn it carries on the rustic vibe, is backed by a raised garden which changes depending on the season and a nearby jacaranda tree that puts on a Spring time show.

Imagine only having to choose your outfits and decide on two witnesses, with everything else like the location, celebrant, photographer and cake taken care of.
Beneath The Tree Ceremony can offer you just that, with our own private garden perfect for intimate elopements or micro ceremonies with up to 10 guests. Couples are welcome to bring along champagne and we will provide the glasses, all of the plates, cake stand and bits and pieces that go with it for your a lovely relaxed mini celebration. In face if you want to keep it all as surprise we can even arrange the witnesses for you. This offer means less planning, less stress and less cost while you still get to enjoy a lovely day making beautiful memories.

- Authorised celebrant - prepare and lodge all relevant documents & deliver ceremony
- A short personalised ceremony
- Private garden location in Greenbank - 90 minutes garden time with various spots to choose from including an undercover area for wet weather
- Photographer to capture the ceremony and couples shoot - 60 mins
- Online gallery provided with approximately 80-100 images
- Mini cake to enjoy with all serving plates, forks, serviettes etc provided
- Printed vow cards for you to read from and keep
- Gum leaf or petal confetti (depending on season)
- Commemorative certificate
- Seating for guests - maximum of 10 guests, this includes your witnesses and any wedding party.
- Drinking water and glasses are provided, champagne flutes are available by request for BYO drinks
FAQ
- Are children included in the guest numbers - Yes, unless they are new born babies in arms
- Can we invite more than 10 guests - Unfortunately guest numbers are limited due to insurance guidelines
- Are the photographer or videographer counted in our guests numbers - No, professional service providers have their own public liability and are not attending as guests
- Can we bring alcohol- Yes you are welcome to bring drinks along with you and glasses can be provided.
- Can we record or live stream the ceremony - You are welcome to do this yourself or I can recommend businesses to do this for you
- If we have Allergies or other dietary needs can these be catered for with the cake - Yes, the order form for the cake asks about these things
- Can we arrange our own photographer - You are welcome to arrange your own photographer by not choosing the package on the booking form, selecting the 'Just Us' ceremony instead which is for celebrant services and garden time only.
- Can you arrange witnesses for us - Yes, as long as enough notice is given to ensure we have someone available
- Do we need to pay upfront - A non refundable booking fee secures your date with the balance due at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.

This offer is a collaboration of a small talented team and while it is offered all year round it is subject to the celebrant photographer and cake maker all being available for the same date. Enquire early to secure your chosen date.
