Private Garden Venue for elopements & micro ceremonies

Here in the BTTC garden we can keep things super simple with a 'legals only' ceremony and just your two witnesses attending, where you are married in under 5 minutes (from $495) or we can personalise an intimate micro ceremony with up to ten guests, allowing a little time in the garden for you to celebrate where you might like to book a photographer to capture the memories. To make things even easier for you we do have a package available that includes the ceremony, photography, cake and a few other finishing touches, all arranged for you.

This package means less planning and less stress so that you can really enjoy a lovely day making beautiful memories.

Imagine only having to choose your outfits and decide on a handful of loved ones, with everything else like the location, celebrant, photographer, cake, confetti and decor taken care of. 

Beneath The Tree Ceremony can offer you just that, with our own private garden perfect for an  elopement or micro ceremony with up to 10 guests. 

All of the essentials are taken care of for your mini celebration such as cake stand, plates, cold drinking water and lots of little extra bits and pieces. You are welcome to BYO drinks and we can provide the glasses and ice to keep your beverages cold.

There are some optional extras that can be added to help tailor your day and elevate the experience such as a personalised ceremony, content creation reels or a beautiful fresh bouquet delivered ready for your entrance.

If you want to truly elope and keep your ceremony a complete surprise then witnesses can even be arranged for you with prior notice.  

• Authorised celebrant - prepare and lodge all relevant documents & deliver ceremony
• Deliver a short pre -written ceremony (personalised script incurs an additional fee)
• Private garden location in Greenbank - 90 minutes garden time allocated with various spots to choose from for your ceremony including an undercover area for wet weather and a plethora of photo opportunities
• Guest arrival time 15 minutes prior to ceremony start
• Photographer to capture the ceremony and couples shoot - approx. 1 hour 
• Online gallery provided for couple to download and print 
• Mini cake or cupcakes to enjoy, with all serving plates, forks, serviettes etc provided
• Printed vow cards for you to read from and keep along with hints and tips for vow writing
• Gum leaf or petal confetti (depending on season)
• Seating for guests - maximum of 10 guests
• Drinking water and glasses are provided. Champagne flutes are available by request for BYO drinks
• Elements such as handfasting, ring warming or guest promises may be included in the ceremony
• Ceremony planning session 
• Commemorative certificate presented on the day

*Optional add-ons are available such as personalised ceremony, content creation reels and beautiful fresh bouquet

• Are children included in the guest numbers - Yes, unless they are new born babies in arms/pram
• Can we invite more than 10 guests - Maximum guest numbers must be adhered to ensuring insurance guidelines are met
• Are the photographer or videographer counted in our guests numbers - Professional service providers who have their own public liability are not included in your guest numbers. 
• Can we bring alcohol- Yes you are welcome to bring drinks along with you and glasses can be provided. 
• Can we record or live stream the ceremony - You are welcome to do this yourself or I can recommend businesses to do this for you. 
• If we have Allergies or other dietary needs can these be catered for with the cake - Yes, the order form for the cake asks about these sort of things
• Can we arrange our own photographer - You are welcome to arrange your own photographer by not choosing the package on the booking form, selecting the 'Just Us' ceremony instead which is for celebrant services and 1 hour garden time only, or we can tailor a unique package and price.
• Can you arrange witnesses for us - Yes, as long as enough notice is given to ensure we have someone available. This will incur an additional fee of $25 per witness.
• Do we need to pay upfront - A non refundable booking fee secures your date and covers the NOIM lodgment, with the balance due in either one or two further payments depending on the timeframe between initial booking and ceremony date. 

This package is a collaboration of a small talented team and while it is offered all year round it is subject to the celebrant, photographer/videographer and cake maker all being available for the same date. Enquire early to secure your special day.
